Throw out anything that tells you to use anyone's package manager. I don't know whether or not they're lying and neither do you. If you're using Tor Browser then by definition the only organization that can be trusted is Tor Project. 2. Go to torproject.org and download the tar.xz file. 2a. Verify the GPG signature. 3.
