On Monday (February 24), the Cambridge City Council will consider a resolution directing the City Manager to to produce a Request For Proposal for the municipal broadband feasibility study that was called for by the City's Broadband Task Force in August 2016. The text of the resolution is at <https://cambridgema.iqm2.com/Citizens/Detail_LegiFile.aspx?Frame&MeetingID=2590&MediaPosition&ID=11398&CssClass&fbclid=IwAR0fxhO4XH68R2kSrcGi9QjVv72XT4Zt9JMvsaZtJw8JI7ORIhvLfPP5ZLg> To support this, you can send email to council at cambridgema.gov (and CC clerk at cambridgema.gov), or you can request to speak <https://www.cambridgema.gov/Departments/citycouncil/publiccommentsignupform?fbclid=IwAR1FZzV2JTl-7ilL19bDmTlkYUBP7_lR8Gu8KrS18XiLroCPWa9bEAjIW98>. You can also sign the petition referenced in the order <https://upgradecambridge.org/petition>. The councillors may be more interested in support from Cambridge voters, but if you work in Cambridge and can explain why the Comcast monopoly on Broadband is hobbling your business, they should be interested in that as well. -- Laura (mailto:lconrad at laymusic.org) (617) 661-8097 233 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139 <http://www.laymusic.org/> <http://www.serpentpublications.org> His next move was important to his method: he?d limit the curse words permitted in the class. The students were allowed to choose a list of swear words, but only from the play itself. They liked that feature; also it ensured that they read the text very thoroughly.
