running fc33 on asus aspire, installed abcde, executed the
following:

  abcde -omp3 -k 1

and am getting the following errors:

this creates track1.wav but not track1.mp3.
when i attempt aplay track1.wav, i get:

Playing WAVE 'track1.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 44100 Hz, Stereo

and it hangs up the appropriate amount of time, but no audio
ensues.

any insights, suggestions?
