Closer to the hub, there is a reference to Optodisc https://optodiscamerica.com/, https://www.optodisc.com/ (Taiwan). They appear to be the manufacturer. As to the Magnavox discs, the wrapper indicates they're made in Taiwan, but there is nothing on the disc or wrapper indicating who the manufacturer might be. Thank you for the info re the other manufacturers.
