You may be interested to know that the LXQt PCLOS image contains download managers for VIrtual Box and Libre Office. I think it has one or two others as well. Generic Linux 2020, in fact, *none* of the Generlc entries successfully worked once I added in the USB hardware to create the vm. Without the USB hardware, it originally installed fine. But AFAIK, you can't add the USB hardware*after the fact* with virt-manager. So when recreating the vm with USB afterwards, that's when I had the problems.
