I use an Avantree audio adapter connected to the optical output on my TV. Certainly your laptop has built in bluetooth. The Avantree can operate as either a transmitter or receiver. I've connected it to my headphones and earbuds. You have to press a button to pair, but normally when I turn on the headphones to watch tv, they connect.
