This dongle has the Broadcom BCM20702 chip and requires firmware for some distros to use successfully with Linux. For Debian, I had to install the DEB package available at https://github.com/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware There is a link in the description to download both DEB and RPM packages. The RPM package may or may not be needed for Fedora, best to test first. For Mageia 8, my headphones worked right out of the box and this firmware was not required.
