Another option -- if you dare -- is to use a bright flashlight shining through the card to identify where the antenna trace is, generally within 1cm of the outer edges, then use a single hole punch to cut it, that will effective disable the NFC portion of the card... 

...just stay away from the magnet strip and the Chip Card portion!
