I coincidentally stumbled upon it when the author posted his Mastodon and
Addrs as part of the current Twitter-verse where is the exit drill.

(I'm not criticizing when i say FLOSS-ward above; i tend to such myself;
i'm just setting expectations, he labels it "Opinion,"  so don't expect
even-handed both-sidesisms.)
