No, but here are cleaned-up versions using LibreOffice 24.2.7 on Ubuntu 24.04: http://bclug.ca/BLU/ The *.odp should get someone at least 90% of the way to a usable document, and the *.pdf might suffice for archiving on its own. There's a couple quirky pages that I don't have time to investigate but check it out, it should work as-is.
