Yeah, that's likely syslog showing errors? I would shut it down, unplug one of them, see if the errors are more consistent with the remaining one. If they are, boom, replace it. If you get no errors, replace the other one. If they both produce errors... 1. Got backups? 2. Replace them with two drives from different manufacturers. 3. now is an excellent time to consider ZFS -dsr-
