I'm looking for a low profile PCIe USB 3.x HBA, for a new home server, that works with Debian. Which is to say drivers need to be in the kernel, no binary blobs. I don't need a lot of ports, two type A ports is enough. A type C port would be a nice upgrade but isn't a requirement. Any recommendations? My searches turn up a number of StarTech adapters but also conflicting reports as to whether or not they actually work out of the box. -- \m/ (--) \m/
