[Discuss] scp/rsync tab completion on CachyOS (Arch) not working for me

Bash tab completion for scp and rsync don't work on my two new
(formerly Tumbleweed) CachyOS machines. The bash-completion package is
installed, and local completions for scp and rsync work, but when I add
a 'host:' to the path? Nothing but the error bell.

Any ideas what I'm missing? I'm assuming there is a mistake on my side
somewhere because the Arch wiki isn't turning up anything.
