After thinking about this a little more and talking to
neighbors who are experiencing the same lack of TV service
the MOCA seems to be a red herring. It's another feature
that is offered that the tech's have to check off there
list. Just frustrating that they pushed out a service
upgrade w/o testing if it worked with their set top boxes.
