[Discuss] Meet.jit.si limits meetings to 95 minutes

We are currently exploring using zoom(https://www.zoom.com), or whereby (
https://whereby.com)
We can afford either of the above.

I have concerns on self hosting since we have been given free space and
bandwidth for our server and I do not want to abuse it.

Our next meeting will be on jitsi, but after 90 minutes, we will switch to
another jitsi account. John has solved the recording issue, but not the 95
minute limit for the online meeting.
