[BLU/Officers] FYI: Microsoft is closing its Waltham Office sometime next year

MIT has some strict rules about user groups. We're grandfathered in,
so BLU is exempt from the active alumni requirement, but that exemption
isn't available for "new" groups, as we discovered back when I tried to help
Martin Owens' Ubuntu group find a new meeting space.
