Last Monday, I bought a new 1.5 TB SATA at MicroCenter for $49.99 to replace my 160GB backup drive. I now have a complete rsnapshot backup of /var/lib/mailman and /usr/lib/mailman. Mailman is not really a great candidate for rsnapshot because the archive is mbox, and the database is a pickle file, so there will be duplicates.
