We're currently going through this with Agile New England.  We
definitely have "we can videotape you and post it on our website"
language in the contract with our speakers, and I think it would be a
good idea for BLU to do the same.

As for deleting videos, I would say we can start asking past speakers if
they mind, but I don't expect any of our speakers to sue us without
giving us an opportunity to take it down without a fight.
