I'm sorry I have meetings Tuesday and Thursday this week so I don't have
time to do a ton of research, but a quick search turned up  mediocre
reviews calling it flimsy.

Technologically, it seems to be the worst of both worlds, because its
sensor is SD resolution and it upconverts to HD, so you have huge files
at low quality.

I'll try to do more research this weekend, if you can wait that long.
