[BLU/Officers] Blu.org Password crypto talk files need rename, office friendly versions

Yeah, when I wrote the code that generates the summary on the home page,
I was assuming the same document in different formats. I need to rework
the logic a bit to come up with a concise way to display different documents
for the same event.

The summary is built automatically from the full version of the documents,
which is under the "Files" link, at  at
