[BLU/Officers] Fwd: Nov 21 BLU meeting? (was Re: Looking for speaker for Aug 15 BLU meeting)

Last year we had two big storms that knocked out power all over the place,
and I dodged those two bullets as well. So I'm racking up a decent
track record.

Note that I said "not as vulnerable"; I didn't say 'invulnerable".
