[BLU/Officers] Next Installfest

Sunday is not good for me, and September 22 is further out than I like.

Is there an MIT Flea in August that someone could inundate with flyers?
If there's a Flea on August 18, we could plan the Installfest for Aug 24,
assuming there are no major conflicts we need to worry about for that date.

Otherwise I'd prefer either Aug 31 or Sep 7.
