[BLU/Officers] Detours

the e315 directions wiki page has no note of the two detours in effect.
Should add it there as well as to meeting notices.  Wording i've just put
on the Perl group pages is

*Fall 2013 Alert -* Wadsworth St connection to Memorial Drive closed for
construction.

Longfellow Bridge (Salt'n'Pepper) currently one-way southbound.

*Detours* - Cross Charles River from Boston/I-90/MassPike at Harvard, BU,
Mass Ave, or North Station/Science Museum.

Amherst St parking accessible from Kendall Sq Main St only, via Ames,
Hayward, or Wadsworth St.

>From West via Brighton tolls, turn from Mem Drive to Vassar St at Hyatt
hotel.

(Easy return to highway via AMES St, but it's one-way so no help arriving.)
