[BLU/Officers] Donation over $1,000 from Heli-vets

I don't know the exact amount. Heli-vets had been maintaining a fund for
helping member in need and flowers for funerals, but in the last couple
of years the treasurer has not done much and passed away. The former
treasurer now has the funds and they voted to simply liquidate and turn
it over to me. Since this is really not money I should spend personaly,
I decided to donate the entire fund to the BLU since heli-vets has been
maintained by the BLU essentially since the BCS imploded. The only thing
is that we may need to spends a few $$ for renew the heli-vets domain.

Another thing is that maybe we should figure out a way that both the
heli-vets and blu domains can be managed by the bLU in case JABR and I
run eachother over in the parking lot.
