[BLU/Officers] CSS style sheet for BLU website

I did most of the initial work for my nephew's new business, and then later
applied the same style sheet to the BLU page. I replaced the address and
phone number of his business with the MIT thing, because I couldn't think
of anything else to put there, and I didn't want to leave the space blank.

I', open to ideas for something to replace that text with.
