[BLU/Officers] CSS style sheet for BLU website



It occurred to me that I could embed the listinfo page within another page.
Turns out the IFRAME tag does this.

I added a new page "mailman.php" that does this, and it worked fine, so I
replaced the link in the navbar to point to /mailman.php instead of
/mailman/listinfo.
