[BLU/Officers] Chris Allen's Presentation

We had Federico for both April and June, and he had a conflict that put him
outside of Massachusetts during the April meeting.

Less than two weeks to the April meeting. Any thoughts on a last minute
replacement talk?

The past few times we got Brian and Kurt to fill in at the last minute. I'm
concerned that if we do that too often, we'll wear out our welcome.
