[BLU/Officers] Next InstallFest



Aug 23 is a bit early, but if there are no conflicts, then maybe that's our
best available option.

Otherwise we'll have to decide which conflict to live with.

I think we can agree that it's worth avoiding Memorial Day weekend.

What are your thoughts?
