Hmm, we have a low limit for attachments, the three were < 80,80,160kB
so < 320kB total. Maybe need to send 1 at a time.

If all attachments are moderated, can probably set the size higher.

(Of course, Officers list probably shouldn't moderate Officers ever --
it's purpose is to allow any 2-3 of us to collaborate without a SPOF
-- the other alternative to allow continuity is to give all officers
Moderation authority.)
