[BLU/Officers] Scheduling next InstallFest?

Those dates all work for me.  I like the heuristic of sooner rather than
later.

I plan to make a stronger effort to attend Installfests in 2015.  Now that
our baby is a toddler I have a little more leeway with escaping the family.
