PGP interface to pine

At the BCS Linux/Unix Users' Group meeting last night a discussion 
came up about mail-pgp interfaces.  I know elm was discussed, I ran 
across this in someone's .sig in alt.security.pgp group today:
mkpgp1.6, a Pine/PGP interface.
