Except that Linux is not exactly a program ...

Also, I was a bit chagrinned to see the implication that 
Linux somehow contributed to the problem [in the same way 
that Ford contributes to auto accidents]. Then again, once 
I read that they "shut down the LINUX program", the 
credibility of the journalist plummeted.
