Re April install fest, I agree with Gerry, $75 is a daunting figure - I think
we already demonstrated that.  Being one of its original proponents, I can
legitimately claim that there aren't any good reasons for it that we don't
know, but someone else does know!

I like Gerry's idea of charging for it in $25 pieces.
