They assumed 10baseT from day1. When I sugned up, their customer 
service people did not have a clue about thin-wire. They told me they 
couldn't do it, so I called Will Biedron, director of Broadband 
Services. The bottom line was when the cable installer came, he 
looked and found that I had thin-wire, went out to the truck, got a 
BNC transceiver rather than a 10baseT transceiver.
