I personally would like to see a Q&A start at 6:30 and run until 7:15 or
7:30. One reason for not starting the speaker until 7:15 or 7:30 is that
people dribble in. It is important that for a Q&A period that new and
prospective Linux users are not intimidated. It is also important that we
make it clear that answers should be supplied from the group in the old BCS
tradition of member helping member. 

Another alternative is New User Night. The gnhlug just started these. I am
not sure how successful these are. We could also have a new user seminar as
part of the installfest.
