followup from nite with SAMBA

on startup
says delay starting eth0

on shutdown reads:
eexpress.c: Moddule autoprobe not recommended, give io=_x_.
eexpress.c: Failed to register card at 0x0.
insmod: /lib/modules/preferred/net/net/eexpress.o: init_module: Device or
resource busy
eth): unknown interface

(this is built on board interface...not a card)

does this shed light on situation?
