win NFS?

Although I'm not positive, but is there not a way to mount SMB/CIFS
drives with linux?  Could you not the re-export them with NFS?  This
solution would add an extra machine into the mix, but it should work.

Yes?  No?  Comments?

I'll do some homework to verify my suspicions...
