CVS help...

Any hints as to when a BLU segment will cover CVS?

Next question, I would like to setup a CVS repository
on my system to save configuration and source files.  I read the
FAQ a little, but I can't seem to grasp the key commands to
get CVS to store all the files in /opt/cvs.

My goal is to retain all source in one directory tree to ease
backups...

Any pointers appreciated...
