If your looking to submit a resume to the BLU jobs section, I suggest
you check out http://sergeant.org/cgi-bin/cvedit.pl.

The page has a template for a resume, and after filling in the blanks, 
you press a "submit query" button to generate a specially marked version
of your input.  After that, you press the "HTML Version" button, and
it translates to HTML.  

It has a few rough spots, but will save you a lot of work if you're
marking up your resume by hand.  Don't forget to save the HTML after
you've seen the output.
