We use Hylafax, originally out of Silicon Graphics.

But you might find it high end compared to the other packages available.  It's
designed to provide central fax services to a local network.  Someone even
worked out a way to link to a printer, so if you print to the fax printer,
a window will pop up for the phone number, etc.
