I think the Q&A session is a good thing to have as a regular feature. The
main issue is that we get people who have questions to ask them and make
them feel comfortable about asking. Also, we have a long history of not
getting setup by 7PM. I like the Q&A to be at least 30 mins. Also, I like to
delay the meeting start about 15 mins after the "official" start because
people tend to drift in.
