Apache Virtual Server Configuration

I finally have it working. I just removed all of those <directory> blocks
created by Commanche and it just works. I guess those directory blocks
weren't correctly configured. Many thanks to Brain Conway, Deniel
Rinehar, and Scott Stirling for helping and pin pointing.
