RCN headache, on day 1

	I've heard differently, that hostname is not based on the ip, but
on the serial number (or was it MAC address) of the modem.  Can another
RCN-ite out there verify this?

	I'll also bug the RCN guy I'm dealing with to get a definite
answer here.
