Solaris permission problem(newbie)

The definition of the 1xxx bit is sometimes called the sticky (or text save) 
bit because of its behavior when associated with executable programs. 
When associated with directories, it restricts files from being deleted by 
other than the owner of those files. I am unaware of the exploit that Mike 
references, and I would also like to get more info.
