ISP's in Western Mass.

Anyone know/recommend any ISP's near Northampton?  Or a good (preferably
web) resource for locating ISP's?  I may be moving there soon. 
Dedicated access w/ a static IP would be ideal.  I at least need to be
able to maintain a registered domain.
