Subject: Quantum SNAP servers - how much overhead?
I'm considering ordering a Quantum SNAP disk server for work; the 120gb
model goes for $3000. I'd assume that the 120gb figure is the raw disk
space, and that once I configure it, the effective space would be much
smaller.
After subtracting all the overhead, how much disk space is actually
useable on one of these? I need to know this for capacity planning before
we actually order them.
Thanks.
