stupid MP3 and CD Roast question.

Thanks all for answering my questions. I have all the cd buring software 
since I have been using the drive. I just had not paid much attention to 
MP3.
BTW: I use SuSE 6.3 which comes with most of the howtos as well as cdrecord and xcdroast.
