If you're referring to an O'Reilly Nutshell book, there ain't one
(yet?)  They've got a PHP Pocket Reference (pretty good as a
reference, but isn't going to teach php) and Chapter 16 in the book
"Webmaster in a Nutshell, 2nd edition" covers PHP.

I haven't bought or read any of the other PHP books yet, but 
"Professional Php Programming" from Wrox Press looked promising.
