OpenSSH and keys

The best advice I can offer you is to look at your logs on the machine
running sshd.  It will usually leave good info as to why a connection was
rejected.  Aside from that, there's not enough detail to help more... I
could only make vague guesses, which probably won't be very helpful.  

One such guess is that the keys you generated with ssh-keygen are not
properly installed, or are of a type/size not supported by TeraTerm Pro's
ssh client.
