Restricting logins on non-root accounts

Ditto.  At one of my previous jobs, we set up a script called "become",
then created links to it that were oracle, ingres, informix, or any other
user that wasn't supposed to login directly.  Then we setup who could run
"sudo informix" to become the informix user, etc...  Worked great!
